Introducing Buck Mason’s Titan Glen Plaid Herringbone Balmacaan Coat
Buck Mason has always been about rugged refinement—creating pieces that blend the practicality of classic Americana with a modern sensibility. Their Titan Glen Plaid Herringbone Balmacaan Coat is no exception. Inspired by WW2 military trench coats, this coat brings that timeless utility into the modern age with a focus on both durability and style.
Crafted with a full canvas construction, the coat is made to layer comfortably over other winter essentials. The fabric—a rich, handwoven Donegal tweed from Ireland—boasts a weighty 360 GSM, ensuring substantial warmth without sacrificing breathability. The Donegal wool’s large-scale chevron weave provides texture and resilience alongside a dash of visual interest.
Functionality is front and center with details like buttoned sleeve tabs, a button-through center back vent, and multiple pockets for everyday carry. Genuine horn buttons and full Bemberg lining elevate the experience, while the classic raglan sleeves add comfort and flexibility. This coat embodies Buck Mason’s philosophy of versatile, timeless clothing that stands the test of time, making it an investment piece that you can wear with pride for a lifetime.

We’ve found the perfect boot for winter: Truman’s Oxblood Double Shot. This boot isn’t just built for cold weather—it’s crafted for those who demand quality and style that lasts. Handcrafted in the USA, Truman Boots began with a commitment to making rugged, long-lasting footwear inspired by the hardworking ethos of the American West. Every boot is made with full-grain leather from small-batch tanneries, known for its durability and rich character that only improves with age.
The Oxblood Double Shot brings that ethos to life in a deep, bold oxblood shade that’s both striking and versatile. Its water-resistant finish and Goodyear welt construction ensure you’re ready for rain, snow, and everything winter can throw your way. Designed with brass eyelets and a sturdy Vibram sole, this boot doesn’t just survive winter—it conquers it.
Whether paired with raw denim for a weekend out or layered with tailored chinos and a wool coat, the Oxblood Double Shot adapts to your style. Truman Boots has taken the spirit of durability and elevated it with refined touches, creating a boot that’s as much a statement piece as it is a winter essential.

The Adidas SPZL x C.P. Company collab is for the truest fans
This week GQ.com lays out the fresh collaboration between the Adidas Spezial and C.P. Company:
In the course of a decade, the Adidas SPZL offshoot has united all wings of fashion: terrace culture, drum and bass, skaters, people who just like really nice clothes. And now, there's the embrace of a menswear cult proper: SPZL is teaming up with the hallowed C.P. Company again
“When we were establishing SPZL, we very deliberately tried not to rely on third party collaborations. I’ve been working on third party collaborations throughout my whole career,” says SPZL brand curator Gary Aspden who led milestone partnerships including Bape and Adidas’ first collection in 2003, and the launch of Y-3 with Japanese fashion designer Yohji Yamamoto.
